our policies
booking fee
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment: $100 for Permanent Makeup and $50 for all other services. If the fee is not paid within 24 hours of booking, the appointment will be cancelled.
cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. A fee of $50 will be applied for no-shows and last minute cancellations.
late arrival
Contact me if you will be up to 15 minutes late. More than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show.

We work closely with each client to ensure we understand their goals and expectations. However, results from any cosmetic procedure - including permanent makeup - cannot be guaranteed. Regardless of outcome, all services are non-refundable.
